Its that time of year agan when World Vision run their annual 40 Hour Famine fundraising spectacular. Its a great way to raise funds for the poor impoverished members of many nations who constantly find themselves without food, water and basic living facilities.
What a lot of people do not know is that World Vision is not the beneficial NGO that it appears to be. Various articles from NGO Monitor here, here and here confirm that World Vision is quite keen to always promote the anti israel viewpoint with no consideration given to Israel.
Perhaps any of the Jewish institutions around Perth encouraging this type of fundraising activity would be well advised to steer clear and choose an alternative more deserving cause.Â
