Kosher Airline Meals

Text on a KAWA Teudah of a kosher meal from a Qantas flight from Perth:

“All main courses are Fleishig unless marked Pareve.  The cheese is Chalav Yisrael and is the only dairy product in the pareve menu.” 

If  Rove was Jewish he would say “What the?”
